    1. (2006) organized a one day (25th February 2006) workshop on “Identification of project for self reliance for rural women” attended by eighty rural women from Masturi Block of Bilaspur District.   (WORKSHOP_SHG)       
    1.  (2003) Directed one – week (16-22 June 2003) training course on “Research Methodology and Computer Applications” sponsored by Indian Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi((http://www.icssr.org/) attended by thirty five  social science streamed academicians, college assistant professors .
    1. (2002)Organized a one day workshop on Dalit Leadership and Panchayata sponsored by PRIA New Delhi, attended by twenty five representatives from NGOs, academia, media and Administration.
