(2008) organized a one day workshop (8^th January 2008) on �Women Leaders in Gram Panchayatas(Village Self Governance Units): Opportunities and Challenges. 50 Participants from 25 nearby villages attended the workshop (WORKSHOP)

(2006) Organized a five Day workshop(16^th May 2006 -20^th May 2006) on �Gender Equity through Enterprise Development� sponsored by National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development , Ministry of Small Scale Industries, Govt. of India.( http://niesbud.nic.in)

(2006) organized a one day (25^th February 2006) workshop on �Identification of project for self reliance for rural women� attended by eighty rural women from Masturi Block of Bilaspur District. (WORKSHOP_SHG)

(2003) Directed one � week (16-22 June 2003) training course on �Research Methodology and Computer Applications� sponsored by Indian Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi((http://www.icssr.org/) attended by thirty five social science streamed academicians, college assistant professors .

(2002)Organized a one day workshop on �Dalit Leadership and Panchayata� sponsored by PRIA New Delhi, attended by twenty five representatives from NGOs, academia, media and Administration.
(2002) Organized a one day district level symposia on �Revisiting Indian Politics� attended by twenty two faculty members and students from various colleges of Guru Ghasidas University.
