Workshop on Competition Law in India: Practice and Procedure
The Department of Law, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur, in collaboration with the Competition Commission of India (CCI), organized a one-day workshop titled "Competition Law in India: Practice and Procedure" on 20th September 2024. The event featured Dr. Sanjay Kumar Pandey, Advisor (Law), CCI, as the distinguished speaker. Dr. Pandey provided valuable insights into the legal framework, recent developments, and procedural aspects of competition law in India. The workshop aimed to enhance students' and faculty members' understanding of regulatory mechanisms and enforcement under the Competition Act, 2002, fostering academic and practical engagement with competition law.
