i) Wi-Fi

The UGC-HRDC Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya provides free Wi-Fi facility to the participants for preparing their assignments, projects, presentations, micro-teaching, etc. in connection with the programme.

ii) Field Tour

One-day Field Tour (Optional) programme has been organized in the HRDC and is a part of each (OP & RC) programme conducted by the HRDC to provide a better understanding of the ecological and cultural diversity of Chhattisgarh.

iii) Course Contents

All participants are provided with the course contents (PPT) of resource persons in each of the programmes along with their contact details for better knowledge sharing and to update their area of interest.

iv) Enhancement of Teaching and Learning Skills

Efforts to enhance teaching and learning skills through various means including:

• Practice Teaching with video recording
• Seminars
• Computer Training

v) Encouragement for Research Contribution

Encouragement and motivation for research contribution through:

• Writing Research Papers and Proposals
• Hands-on Statistical Analysis using Excel, SPSS, etc.
• Conducting Research Methodology courses for faculties and scholars

vi) Awareness on Examination Reforms

Awareness on examination reforms such as semester systems, CBCS, etc.

Regular feedback from participants on courses and resource persons for continuous improvement.
