Outcome Parameters
Resource persons have been selected based on:
- Academic profile – Contributions in their subject area
- Professional experience and subject expertise
- Effective teaching techniques
- Proficiency in both Hindi and English with strong communication skills
- Previous experience as Resource Persons and participant feedback
Participant performance was assessed as per UGC guidelines:
- Multiple choice objective tests
- Seminar presentations
- Project work / Assignments
- Micro-teaching performance
- Holistic response evaluation
Participant behavior and performance were also evaluated through feedback from resource persons beyond classroom interaction.
Likewise, teaching performance of Resource Persons was evaluated based on participant feedback.
100% attendance is mandatory for all participants.
Post-feedback follow-up programmes are planned.
An optional one-day weekend field tour was organized to understand the surrounding region and its people better.
