The library uses KOHA (24.11.03), an open-source Library Management Software (LMS), integrated with an RFID surveillance system for in-house operations. The Web OPAC provides access to print resources and e-resources.
An electronic user entry register (IP: 172.16.30.249:8000) is linked with Koha’s latest module. University Publications are showcased using open-source software, offering real-time statistics on publications per year, top contributors, funding agencies, and citations. The entry register also tracks footfall in the library.
The library has a dedicated portal called GGV E-Library linked via Web OPAC. This one-window system gives access to e-books, e-journals, and e-databases. All resources are accessible across the campus, while off-campus access requires user registration through the GGV E-Library.
Within the library, there are 142 personal computers across three Internet Labs offering free internet and Wi-Fi.
